Do you offer discounts for large group bookings?+
Absolutely! We offer discounts for schools, community groups, children's clubs and many more. To enquire please contact the location with your requirements and we'll see how we can help!
Do you offer a discount for carers?+
Yes, we offer free entry for all carers with one full paying child with a MAX Card or proof of Carers allowance.
Do you offer a discount for twins?+
Yes, we do! Simply book online for one twin and the second twin goes free. Please bring proof of date of births on your first visit.
Why do you charge for adults?+
We have a strict guideline on capacity levels within each location and this enables us to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all our customers. We are a family company and would always encourage adults to join their children when playing.
What are your payment methods?+
We accept payments for both cash and card. We accept payment by all debit and credit card types. We also accept contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept cash payments at all of our locations.
Do I have to pre book?+
We operate a booking system to control capacity and ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit. If you come to play without a ticket, we will always do our best to fit you in. However, on our busy days we strongly recommend you pre-book to guarantee entry. Pre booking online also makes check in much quicker so the little ones can get to playing without delay!
What is your last entry time?+
You can find our last entry time on the booking page. All standard play sessions are for 2 hours, this is sometimes extended for our special events.
What is Stay and Play?+
On quieter days (often in summer) we run Stay and Play — an open session from 9:00 to 15:30. You pay for one standard admission and can arrive and leave whenever you like during that window.
Do you host birthday parties?+
Yes! We offer exclusive private hire parties from 4:00pm – 6:00pm with Standard, Premium, Deluxe and self-catering packages. A £100 deposit secures your date.
What are your opening hours?+
We're open every day from 9:00am to 3:30pm for play sessions. Private hire parties run 4:00pm – 6:00pm, subject to booking.
Where can I find your entry prices?+
You can find our entry prices on the booking page when selecting your session and tickets. All standard play sessions are for 2 hours, this is sometimes extended for our special events.
How long can I stay for?+
Each standard session is 2 hours (9:00–11:00, 11:15–13:15, or 13:30–15:30), with a short changeover between sessions so we can prepare for the next group. You can book a later session if you'd like to stay longer.
Can I take photographs?+
We are happy for you to take pictures when visiting but only of your own children. Please share and tag us on social media! Please refrain from taking photographs that may include other visitors.

Can adults go on into the play frame?+
Absolutely! Our play frames are designed with adults in mind so adults are more than welcome to accompany children in the play areas.
What should we wear when visiting?+
Socks must be worn by anyone going into the play frames. Shoes are not permitted. We strongly recommend that clothing which covers arms and legs is worn to prevent friction burns from slides.
And don't forget to make sure your pockets are empty before playing!
Do you have age restrictions?+
We don't have an age limit but our toys and equipment is aimed at 0 – 7-year-olds. This doesn't mean you can't bring older children, but it means all children must be respectful of the environment, equipment and other customers.
Who supervises the children playing?+
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their own children at all times. Should you need any help when in one of our centre, please just ask a member of the team.
